Today was a special daily mile, it was World Daily mile day. So of course we had to head off and run our daily mile. We all love getting out into the fresh air and stretching our legs. The runners are getting quicker everyday. But the lovely thing about the daily mile is that everyone can take part, and run or walk as much as they want.
