We were soo excited for Pancake Tuesday this year that we actually celebrated it a day early. Miss Carney made a huge batch of pancake batter enough to feed all of P4-P7, she opted for American style pancakes. They were a big hit and got smothered in chocolate spread, biscoff spread, lemon juice and sugar. While Mrs Sinclair opted for the crepes and her class got working on their pancake flipping skills. There was lots of chocolate covered faces running about too.
